Jonathan has a decade of litigation experience representing diverse clients ranging from Fortune 100 corporations to small, closely-held corporations and partnerships. He has developed a broad range of expertise in topics including state law unfair competition claims, securities law, real estate, environmental litigation, mass torts and usury law. Jonathan has first-chaired a half-dozen jury trials to verdict. He was featured on the cover of Los Angeles Lawyer magazine in June 1999.
Jonathan received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1997, graduating cum laude. He received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Yale University in 1994, where he graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and with distinction in his major; he was also a class marshal and awarded the John Spangler Nicholas Cup for obtaining the highest GPA in his residential college.
